Services
Individual Therapy
Depth-oriented, integrative therapy for people ready to do the work. We'll explore the patterns, wounds, and beliefs keeping you stuck — so you can start living a life that actually feels like yours.
Couples Therapy
Real relationships are built by two people who know themselves. We work on both levels — your dynamic as a couple and your individual growth within it. Through communication, boundaries, generational patterns, and shared values, I'll help you build something that actually lasts.
Group Therapy
A small, intimate online community for young adults ready to share their raw experiences, celebrate their wins, and finally feel understood by people walking a similar path. Real work. Real connection.
Coaching
Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We set goals, tackle obstacles, and create real momentum in your life — without the clinical framework. Available worldwide

Approach
No two people heal the same way — and no two sessions look alike. My work is deeply integrative, meaning we weave together a rich range of modalities based on what feels most alive and needed for you in each moment.
Everything I bring into our work is something I have personally explored and experienced in my own healing journey. This isn't just methodology — it's lived wisdom.
Together, we address all of who you are.

We all carry within us an inner child — the part that holds our pain, our wounds, our unmet needs. Alongside it lives a higher self — calm, wise, and capable of profound healing. In our sessions, I guide you to connect these two, allowing your higher self to meet your inner child with compassion and love. And above it all, we open to the Universe as an infinite source of healing that flows through us both.

Your body has been keeping score — long before you were ready to look at it. Every tension, every unexplained ache, every place you brace yourself — it's not random. It's stored energy, unprocessed emotion, waiting to be released. In our sessions, we work with the body directly. Through grounding practices, intentional positions, and intuitive movement, we create space for what has been held to finally move through you. This is where the deepest shifts happen.

The way we learned to connect in our earliest relationships shapes everything — how we love, how we fight, how we show up for others and for ourselves. In our sessions, we explore your attachment style and the patterns that have quietly repeated throughout your life. We trace them back to their roots, understand where they came from, and from that awareness, begin to build something new.

The patterns you carry didn't start with you. Through family systems work and genograms, we map the dynamics that have been passed down through generations — the roles, the triangulations, the unspoken rules. The scapegoat. The peacemaker. The one who carries everyone else's pain. By bringing these patterns into the light, you can finally understand where they came from — and consciously choose to break them. This is where generational healing begins.

Pain is part of life. But Viktor Frankl taught us that those who have a reason to live can bear almost any how. In our sessions, we search for that reason — the deeper meaning behind your story, your struggles, and everything you've lived through. When you find your why, everything shifts. Life stops happening to you and starts happening for you.

Healing is not just psychological — it is deeply spiritual. In our sessions, we explore your relationship with yourself, with your purpose, and with something greater than yourself — whatever that means to you. We develop your intuition, deepen your self-awareness, and create space for the spiritual dimension of your healing journey. Because who you are goes far beyond your thoughts and feelings. You are a soul — and that matters here.

Sometimes words aren't enough — and sometimes they're exactly what's needed, but in a different form. Through drawing, movement, music, and writing, we create space for a different kind of expression — one that bypasses the analytical mind and speaks directly from the soul. You might be asked to draw your past self and your future self, to move freely to a song that resonates, to journal freely without filter, or to write a new narrative for your story. Color, shape, rhythm, and words all carry meaning — and together we explore what they reveal about your inner world. These sessions are deep — and also playful. Because healing doesn't always have to be heavy.

This is where we get real. Gestalt work is about closing cycles, finishing unfinished business, and coming face to face with the parts of yourself you've been avoiding. I will challenge you — lovingly but directly. If I see you lying to yourself, I will point it out. If I see a pattern you're not ready to look at, we will look at it anyway. Through exercises like the empty chair, we create space to say what was never said, feel what was never felt, and integrate the shadow — the parts of you that have been hiding in the dark. Because true wholeness means embracing all of yourself. Not just the pretty parts.

Most of us were never taught how to simply feel. We avoid, suppress, or get swept away by our emotions — never learning that the only way out is through. In our sessions, we practice sitting with what arises — creating space for emotions rather than running from them. Through breathwork, meditation, and practical regulation techniques, you develop the capacity to be present with yourself, no matter what comes up.

Sometimes you need tools that work right now. When we're addressing what's at the surface — the anxiety, the intrusive thoughts, the trauma responses — I draw from proven, structured approaches including Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, and DBT. These give us a clear roadmap for immediate relief while we do the deeper work underneath. I also believe strongly in psychoeducation — the more you understand what's happening inside you, the more empowered you become in your own healing.
